Registration Now Open for Bradley Method® Natural Childbirth Classes in Boulder, CO

Registration is now open for Bradley Method® natural childbirth classes in Boulder, CO for mamas due in July/August 2013.

Bradley Method® childbirth classes provide comprehensive education, tools & support to help families experience a healthy, natural childbirth.  A new topic is presented each week in class that will help you maintain a healthy pregnancy and create a beautiful birth experience.

Upon completion of the course, you’ll have a thorough understanding of the vital role proper nutrition and exercise play in making your birth easier. You will learn a new meditation technique each week and participate in labor rehearsals. You’ll create a birth plan and learn how to communicate effectively with your medical team – whether it be your nurse, doula, midwife or obstetrician.  You will come away from the class confident, prepared, and looking forward to your birth.

Most importantly, this class is not just for the mother. Our childbirth classes teach the birth partner (“Coach”) how to guide the mother thorough the ups and downs of pregnancy and the birth process.  The coach will be equipped to actively take care of the mother with confidence through techniques learned in class.

Instructor: Sarah Mills, AAHCC
Cost: $375
*New series starts Mondays beginning April 8, 2013 from 7PM – 9PM (12 week series)
